When you use the quote form on our site, you tell us your name, phone number, the address or city of the job, the service you want, and — if you add one — a message. That's it. The form does not ask for an email address, payment card, or account login.

If you call or text us instead, we get whatever you choose to share in that call or message, including any photos you send by text. Texts and calls go through your phone carrier, not through this website.

• Prepare and send you a price for the job you asked about.
• Contact you by phone or text about that job, or to confirm an appointment.
• Keep a record of the request so we know who we quoted and what we discussed.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it to send you offers about other jobs unless you ask us to.

Quote requests from this site are stored in our website's database, hosted for us by the platform that runs this site. Access is limited to the people running South Spotless and the companies that host and back up the site on our behalf.

We keep a quote request for as long as it takes to follow up and finish the job, then remove it when we no longer need it — or sooner if you ask.

This site does not currently run advertising or analytics cookies, so it does not build an advertising profile of you. If we ever turn on visit tracking, we will update this page first.

You can stop hearing from us at any time — just tell us on a call, in a text reply, or by email. You can also ask us what we have on file for you or ask us to delete it, and we will do that.

This site is for homeowners and business owners, and is not aimed at children under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above. Nothing here limits your rights under Louisiana or federal law.
